I truly believe self-care is something we need to include in our daily routines. Self-care can look many different ways. When we think of self-care the first things that comes to people's minds is a spa like experience. While going to the spa is certainly a very rewarding self-care experience, not everyone can go to a spa, and certainly no one can go to a spa every day.
Self-care is all about building a good relationship with ourselves, physically and emotionally. It’s about finding activities that fill up our cup, physically and emotionally. Self-care is about making ourselves a priority, fuel our soul, find joy through incorporating activities to our daily routines so we can feel at our best.
Sometimes can be challenging to prioritize ourselves. Sometimes just the idea of devoting time to self-care sounds selfish. The truth is, we can't pour from an empty cup. We need to fill up our cup first before we can fill other's. We have to be our best to give our best.

Don't over do it, it should never feel as something you have to do but rather something you get to do.
