How does it work?

The Healthy Living VIP Club is a community of women learning to balance work, family, and self-care while striving to look and feel their best.

 

With VIP Club membership, you’ll receive weekly pro-tips, meal plans, and fresh recipes—all crafted to keep you inspired and on track.

 

Twice a month, we gather for live Zoom calls where we connect, share strategies and tools, learn together, and get your questions answered. As your coach and mentor, I’m here to provide the personalized support you need to overcome challenges and reach your goals.

 

We know that health journeys can hit plateaus, so each month, we introduce a new focus to keep you progressing and energized.

 

You’ll also be part of a private WhatsApp community, a supportive space to connect with like-minded women, learn from one another, cheer each other on, and receive accountability exactly when you need it most.
